Please note that there are no refunds for any advice time, services, training or tools not used within your monthly/yearly membership.  By signing up you are deemed to have accepted The Advice Centre Ltd Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy. You are ultimately responsible for the product(s) you choose to sell, supplier(s) you choose to work with & the decisions you make, The Advice Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way.

How much does The Marketing Agency cost?

Pay Monthly
Payments are taken automatically every 30 days until cancelled. 

Professional Plan: £2,500+VAT a month (based on up to 15hrs a Month Consultancy Support)

Premium Plan: £5,000+VAT a month (based on up to 30hrs a Month Consultancy Support)

How do you track the time?

We use Zoho Desk Time Tracking System for task management, and we rely on the time counter feature to track the time spent on each task accurately. This helps us to stay organised and ensures that we can provide accurate time estimates for our Marketing Agency Clients.

Is there a contract?

Pay Monthly

No, no contract! You can cancel the service at any time but we do require 30 days cancellation notice. When signing up, you must also agree to The Advice Centre Ltd: Terms & Conditions.

Here at the Marketing Agency we have a wealth of experience and knowledge on Strategic Marketing as well as Day to Day experience with a whole range of Digital Marketing platforms.


The Marketing Agency has regular internal Training to be at the forefront of Digital Marketing Technologies to help our clients succeed!

What guarantees do you offer?

We don't offer any formal guarantees but we will always do our very best to provide Marketing Consultancy Support which is relevant to our Clients' specific queries.  There is no contract with the 'pay monthly' service so you can cancel at anytime (30 days cancellation notice) if you feel the Marketing Agency isn't right for you.

How do I cancel the service?

If you do choose to cancel, we require 30 days notice before the date of your next monthly payment! 


*Please note that the monthly charge applies regardless of whether you use the service or not during the monthly period. There are no refunds for any Consultancy Support Time not used.

Our Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Our Services to You and terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, as We see fit and in circumstances including, but not limited to;

Where We have good reason to believe that You are in breach or have breached any of the terms of this Agreement and have not remedied such breach within 7 days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or

You become insolvent, cease to, or threaten to cease to trade or go into liquidation, or we reasonably apprehend that You may be about to.

The Advice Centre Ltd/The Marketing Agency also reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time with immediate effect if We feel that the Marketing Agency is being abused or being used excessively beyond Our reasonable expectations.

The Marketing Agency cannot be used by or on behalf of other related or unrelated businesses or individuals other than the company’s main Contact which signs up for the service. This form of abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the agreement.
